6 Weeks

Caleb will be 6 weeks old tomorrow night and boy has time flown by! We cant believe how alert, smiley, andbright-eyed he is getting. He is so interested in everything around him and loves to smile and attempt to laugh. He had a dr. appointment a couple days before he hit 5 weeks and he weighed 9 lbs and was 22 1/2 inches long. (he was 7lb 6 oz and 19" at birth) we cant believe how big he is getting! I think he looks just like Nick ( and so Ive been told by everyone who's seen him, I guess the next one can look more like me) and is so adorable. His skin has lightened up alot since he was born and his eyes are still a blue green color (which we hope will last!) He sleeps a good 5 hour stretch at night and is up alot during the day which is great. Caleb is really a great baby, not fussy, not colicky, he doesnt cry unless he gets super hungry, so he is really a joy to be around. Hopefully we will get to see Sean and Laura (nicks brother and g/f from hawaii) when and if they come down to Vegas in August. We are taking a trip to go see Nick's dad this weekend which will be fun, he got to visit with little Caleb when he was just 2 days old so he has changed alot. I will upload pictures soon!
