Update

So things are going well for our little family. Caleb is 16 1/2 weeks old and will be 4 Months old in a week and a half. We are truly amazed at how quickly the time has gone by. He is laughing, sqealing, smiling, turning over onto his belly, grabbing tows, swatting at things, grabbing blankets and trying to stuff it in his mouth. He can sit up well in one of the baby chairs designed for 3+ month olds. He can sit up well with just a little back support from mommy or daddy. He loves being tossed in the air, he loves clapping his hands and hearing a song, or the ABC's, he loves to stick his feet in his mouth...his disposition seems to be very content, and happy,. he is a sweet little boy. On another note he is a big boy, which I am sure most of you have heard by now. At three months old he weighed 17 lbs and was 26 inches long..this is a far cry from the 7lbs. 6oz and 19 inches he was at birth. He has more than doubled his weight and has grown 6 inches in the last 3 months, its crazy. Carrying him around in his carseat is getting to be a big workout for both Nick and I. Caleb sleeps around 7-8 hours straight a night which is awesome and catnaps throughout the day.

Nick and I are possibly planning to take a trip to Denver on Christmas day through New Years Eve day to spend some time with his family. Hopefully everything will work out and Caleb will get some of his first interactions with his cousins.
